VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE-MEETING NOTICE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2026 THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THE VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE WILL MEET IN SPECIAL SESSION AT 6:00 PM ON THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 2026, AT THE VILLAGE HALL, 261 N GILBERT ST, FOOTVILLE, WISCONSIN. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ARE POSSIBLE FOR THE AGENDA ITEMS THAT HAVE SPECIFIC TOPICS. AGENDA 1. ROLL CALL (J. Thomson/N. Beal/N. Conaway/D. Harnack/J. Harnack/R. Nath/D. Wells) 2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA 3. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Open bids for baseball diamond upgrades 4. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Award bid for baseball diamond upgrades and approval to enter into a contract with the approved bid 5. MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION: The Footville Board of Trustees will move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute §19.85(1)(e) for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, wherever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, and pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute §19.85(1)(c) to conduct employee evaluations, and consider the employment, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any employee over which the board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. 6.
