VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE-MEETING NOTICE FOOTVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY MONDAY, APRIL 13, 2026 MINUTES 1. The Monday, April 13, 2026, meeting of the Footville Housing Authority was called to order by Chair man Dennis Curry at 2:35 pm. Committee members present: Dennis Curry and Danielle Harnack. 2. Discuss maintenance needs at Ezra Manor: Keys are needed for the thermostat box, cupboards in the laundry room, and the mechanical room door in the laundry room. The flagpole rope needs to be replaced, and they will also need a new flag once the rope has been fixed. D. Curry offered to use his bucket truck to fix it once Broihahn Management provides a new rope. The outside antenna is broken and has been for a number of years. The Village Clerk will send an email to Broihahan Management to see about getting these items taken care of as soon as possible. Dennis also noted that the flower bed in front looks very nice as it has been cleaned out and new mulch put down. 3. Discussion, ideas, or concerns from committee members: None 4.
