Village of Footville Planning Commission Public Hearing Tuesday, March 31, 2026 Minutes The public hearing of the Village of Footville Planning Commission was called to order by Village Clerk Stacy Neal at 6:00 pm. John Thomson was appointed as Chair in the absence of Committee Chairperson Sandy Baertschi. Members present: John Thomson, Joe Schweng els and Nathanial Francis . Also in attendance: Jason Dupuis, and Rachael Lindemann. This public hearing was held to consider the changes to the Conditional Use Permit for Rachael Lindemann at 115 W Centre Street.
