ROLL CALL: Robert Selck (Chairman), Danielle Harnack, Brian Givens, Douglas Reith, Jeanne Wilson, Charles Duncan, Chuck Hagmann, Mae Cowan, Dick Laws, and Taran Kobs. Members of the non-profit Friends of the Footville Parks, the Parks and Recreation Committee and the public are invited to attend. 2. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Discussion on plans for the new park restrooms, layout, and location. 3. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Update on ball diamond upgrade. 4. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Plans for taking over the Viking Youth Concession stand by the non-profit 5. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Chuck Duncan will discuss quotes for the removal of the grandstand. 6. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Discuss removing inactive Economic Development Committee members and adding members to the Economic Development Committee and the non-profit committee. 7. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Discuss the 100-year Park celebration for next year – Parks & Recreation Committee, non-profit and Economic Development Committee. 8. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Discuss contractors for the new subdivision. 9. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Discuss developing a 3-year plan for the renovation of the Park. 10.
