VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE SPECIAL BOARD MEETING THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM Meeting Called to Order at 6 PM by John Thomson 1. ROLL CALL - J. Thomson, N. Beal, N. Conaway, D. Harnack, R. Nath, and D. Wells were present at the meeting. J. Harnack was absent. 2. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA Motion to approve the agenda. 1st – N. Conaway 2nd – D. Harnack Motion approved 6-0 3. MOVE INTO CLOSED SESSION: The Footville Board of Trustees will move into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute §19.85(1)(c) to conduct employee evaluations, and consider the employment, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any em ployee over which the board has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Take action on any matters discussed in closed session. Motion to create .gov email for both the Deputy Clerk and the Department of Public Works. 1 st – N.
