VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE HEALTH AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2026 MINUTES 1. The Health and Human Resources Committee meeting was called to order a 4:00 pm by Chairperson Nichole Conaway. Committee members present: Nichole Conaway, Nate Beal, Danielle Harnack, and John Thomson. 2. Review Employee Disciplinary Process: The updated disciplinary process was reviewed. This document will be reviewed/approved by the board at the next meeting. 3. Review current Employee Agreements: N. Conaway presented the employee agreements/conditional offers of employment for each position in the Village. 4. Review Employee Handbook: The committee began reviewing the updates and revisions to the Employee Handbook. They will continue with the review and revisions at the next Health and Human Resources meeting on March 20, 2026, at 4:00 pm. 5. Adjournment: Motion by D. Harnack, 2 nd by J. Thomson to adjourn.
