ROLL CALL: Robert Selck (Chairman), Danielle Harnack, Brian Givens, Douglas Reith, Jeanne Wilson, Charles Duncan, Chuck Hagmann, Mae Cowan, Dick Laws, and Taran Kobs. Members of the non-profit Friends of the Footville Parks, the Parks and Recreation Committee and the public are invited to attend. 2. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: B. Selck will discuss plans for the new park restrooms and layout and possible grant. 3. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: B. Selck will discuss asking the board to allocate 20% of the TID income to the Park. 4. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Discuss purchase of upgrade to the ball diamond. 5. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Chuck Duncan will discuss quote from Bjoin for removal of grandstand. 6. DISCUSSION/REVIEW/POSSIBLE ACTION: Ideas for this year ’s Non-Profit Parks Fundraiser/Parks Committee Fundraiser and what should be purchased. 7.
