2026 Budget Public Hearing — Minutes

VILLAGE OF FOOTVILLE 2026 BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING Thursday, November 6, 2025 The public hearing for the 2026 Budget for the Village of Footville was called to order at 5:45 pm by Board President, John Thomson. Board members present: J. Thomson, N. Beal, N. Conaway, D. Harnack, J. Harnack, R. Nath, D. Wells. Also present: Marilyn Runaas, Brent Nelson and Travis Signer from Johnson Block CPA. Brent Nelson briefly went over the budget. The proposed budget shows an increase of 6.23% over last year’s budget. The biggest change was the increase in debt service. The 2026 budget is balanced with total revenue and expenditures of $940,994 There were no questions from citizens. Motion to adjourn by J. Harnack, 2 nd by D Harnack. Motion carried unanimously. The Public Hearing was adjourned at 5:55 pm.
