Securities and Facilities Committee October 10, 2025 SMILE Room, Taylor County Courthouse Call Meeting to Order: Mildbrand called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m. Members Present: Scott Mildbrand, Chuck Zenner, Bill Grunewald, Lisa Kaufman, Sheriff Corey Dassow, Kristi Tlusty and Joe Svejda. Members Absent: Jim Metz, Judge Ann Knox -Bauer, Courtney Graff , Jill Scheithauer , Nicole Hager, Lisa Kaufman. Other Attendees: Andria Farrand Approve Agenda. A motion was made by Zenner, seconded by Tlusty, to approve the agenda. A unanimous vote cast, the motion carried. Approve Minutes. A motion was made by Grunewald, seconded by Zenner, to approve the minutes of the July 11, 2025 Security and Facilities Committee meeting. A unanimous vote cast, the motion carried. Closed Session. A motion was made by Tlusty, seconded by Svejda, at 10:01 a.m. to go into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85 (1)(d), to discuss and update committee members on previously initiated security measures and consider and possibly act upon other security and training issues. A unanimous roll call vote cast, the motion carried. Open Session. A motion was made by Zenner, seconded by Grunewald, to go into open session at 10:47 a.m. A unanimous vote cast, the motion carried.
