STRATEGIC PLANNING COMMITTEE Monday, January 6, 2025 County Board Room – Taylor County Courthouse Call Meeting to Order: Lorie Floyd called the meeting to order at 10:48 a.m. Members Present: Lorie Floyd, Scott Mildbrand, Bud Suckow, Sue Swiantek, Catherine Lemke, Nicole Hager and Andria Farrand. Members Absent: None. Other Attendees: Jim Metz, Suzanne Stanfley, Kyle Noonan, Michelle Grimm, Casey Belgram and Brian Wilson-Star News. Approve the Agenda: Motion by Hager, seconded by Lemke, to approve the agenda with 6 items. Motion carried. Approve the minutes of the November 4 , 2024 meeting: Motion by Lemke, seconded by Mildbrand, to approve the minutes of the November 4, 2024 meeting. Motion carried. Update Progress on Goals: Committee members discussed the progress on each goal. Set next Meeting date: Next meeting will be set at the call of the Chairperson.
