CITY OF MAYVILLE COMMON COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES SEPTEMBER 28, 2026 6:00 PM 15 S SCHOOL ST 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 06:00 PM by Mayor Rob Boelk, with the following roll call: Present: Ald. Anthony DeBaker, Ald. Bob Smith, Ald. Molly Henkel, Ald. Mary Winter, Ald. Jason Buske Excused: Ald. Kim Olson Absent: None Staff present: Lieutenant Jeremy Johnson, EMS Director Julie Staffin, EMS Deputy Director Devin Sellnow, TAG Director Jess Loomans, Comptroller/Treasurer Darlene Smith, DPW/Parks Director Jake Schellpfeffer, Fire Chief Geoff Engel, and Clerk/Executive Assistant Anastasia Gonstead. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by those in attendance. 3. CITIZEN COMMENTS None. 4. PUBLIC HEARING 4.1. Public Hearing on Resolution 6090-2026, "Final Resolution Levying Special Assessments for the 2026 Road Reconstruction Project a/k/a the Muzzy, Allen, and Grove Streets Project" None present to speak. Background provided by Clerk/Executive Assistant Gonstead. The motion to close the public hearing on Resolution 6090-2026 "Final Resolution Levying Special Assessments for the 2026 Road Reconstruction Project a/k/a the Muzzy, Allen and Grove Street project" was made by Ald. DeBaker and seconded by Ald. Henkel. Ayes: Ald. Anthony DeBaker, Ald. Bob Smith, Ald. Molly Henkel, Ald. Mary Winter, Ald. Jason Buske. Nays: None Vote Count: 5 - 0 Motion has Passed. 5. NEW BUSINESS 5.1. Discuss, with Possible Action, Resolution 6090-2026, "Final Resolution for Levying Special Assessments for the 2026 Road Reconstruction Project a/k/a the Muzzy, Allen, and Grove Streets Project" Background provided by Clerk/Executive Assistant Gonstead. The motion to approve Resolution 6090-2026, ""Final Resolution Levying Special Assessments for the 2026 Road Reconstruction Project a/k/a the Muzzy, Allen and Grove Street project" was made by Ald.
