CITY OF MAYVILLE FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING OF THE WHOLE MINUTES SEPTEMBER 14, 2026 5:45 PM 15 S SCHOOL ST 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 05:45 PM by Ald. Bob Smith, with the following roll call: Present: Ald. Anthony DeBaker, Ald. Bob Smith, Ald. Molly Henkel, Ald. Mary Winter, Ald. Jason Buske, Ald. Kim Olson. Excused: None. Absent: None. Staff present: Library Director Bradford Ney, EMS Director Julie Staffin, EMS Deputy Director Devin Sellnow, DPW/Parks Director Jake Schellpfeffer, Comptroller/Treasurer Darlene Smith, Clerk/Executive Assistant Anastasia Gonstead. 2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by those in attendance. 3. CITIZEN COMMENTS None. 4. DISCUSS WITH POSSIBLE ACTION 4.1. Discuss, with Possible Recommendation, Resolution 6088-2026, "A Resolution Authorizing Participation in the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds Income Continuation Insurance Program and Terminating the City's Current Income Continuation Insurance Coverage Through Metlife" Background on this agenda item was provided by Comptroller/Treasurer Darlene Smith and Clerk/Executive Assistant Gonstead. The motion to recommend Common Council approve resolution 6088-2026, "A resolution authorizing participation in the Wisconsin Department of Employee Trust Funds Income Continuation Insurance Program and terminating the City's current income continuation insurance coverage through MetLife" was made by Ald. DeBaker, Ald. Winter. Ayes: Ald. DeBaker, Ald. Smith, Ald. Henkel, Ald. Winter, Ald. Buske, Ald. Olson. Nays: None. Vote Count: 6 - 0 Motion has Passed. 4.2. Discuss, with Possible Recommendation, Quotes for Driveway Approach and Sidewalk Repairs at Police Department Garage Funding Source: 2026 Road Reconstruction Funds The motion to recommend Common Council approve the quotes for driveway approach and sidewalk repairs at Police Department Garage was made by Ald. Smith and seconded by Ald. Henkel. Ayes: Ald. DeBaker, Ald. Smith, Ald. Henkel, Ald. Winter, Ald. Buske, Ald. Olson. Nays: None. Vote Count: 6 - 0 Motion has Passed. 5.
