Some capital projects will be removed from the budget due to project timing. Special assessment revenues will not come in until 2028 at the earliest for road projects, contradictory to 2026 budgeted information. C. Sawyer provided information on the TAG Center, explaining there has been no cash improvement or degradation. It is projected the TAG will have similar deficits this year. He noted no major changes will happen with the TAG deficit until major operational changes are made. He suggested special assessments should be reflected into debt service due to unreliable timing on payment. Revolving loans also need to be addressed. Page 2 of 28 4.2. As a matter of business practice, Consultant would intend to file lien rights against the property if payment is not received before lien rights would expire. Consultant shall have the right to suspend its services without any liability arising out of or related to such suspension in the event invoices are not paid within 30 days of receipt. D. When estimates of fees or expenses are quoted, they are simply that, estimates. Actual costs invoiced may be higher or lower due to actual fees or expenses incurred.
