CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 06:41 PM by Mark Mansueto, with the following roll call: Present: Mark Mansueto, Gus Durdin, Melanie Siegel, Kenneth Neumann, Ashley Bobholz (arrived at 6:47 PM) Excused: None Absent: None Staff present: Clerk/Executive Assistant Anastasia Gonstead, EMS Director Julie Staffin, and Assistant EMS Director Devin Sellnow 2. CITIZEN COMMENTS None 3. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 3.1. Approval of Minutes of the March 17, 2026, EMS Commission Meeting The motion to approve the March 17, 2026, EMS Commission meeting was made by Gus Durdin and seconded by Kenneth Neumann. Ayes: Mark Mansueto, Gus Durdin, Melanie Siegel, Kenneth Neumann Nays: None Vote Count: 4 - 0 Motion has Passed 4. DISCUSS WITH POSSIBLE ACTION 5. CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO WIS. STATS. §19.85(1)(C) The motion to continue the meeting in closed session, pursuant to Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(E) was made by Kenneth Neumann and seconded by Melanie Siegel. Ayes: Mark Mansueto, Gus Durdin, Melanie Siegel, Kenneth Neumann Nays: None Vote Count: 4 - 0 Motion has Passed The meeting continued in closed session at 6:44 PM. Those present in the closed session included the present elected officials, EMS Director Julie Staffin, Assistant EMS Director Devin Sellnow, and Clerk/Executive Assistant Anastasia Gonstead. 5.1. Ayes: Mark Mansueto, Gus Durdin, Melanie Siegel, Ashley Bobholz, Kenneth Neumann Nays: None Vote Count: 5 - 0 Motion has Passed. The meeting continued in open session at 7:00 PM. 6.1. Discuss, with Possible Action, Hiring of EMS Candidate(s) The motion to hire the interviewed EMS candidate was made by Kenneth Neumann and seconded by Mark Mansueto. Ayes: Mark Mansueto, Gus Durdin, Melanie Siegel, Ashley Bobholz, Kenneth Neumann Nays: None Vote Count: 5 - 0 Motion has Passed.
