CITY OF MAYVILLE PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES JULY 13, 2026 5:00 PM 15 S SCHOOL ST 1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL The meeting was called to order at 05:00 PM by Ald. Kim Olson, with the following roll call: Present: Ald. Tony DeBaker, Ald. Molly Henkel, Ald. Mary Winter, Ald. Jason Buske, Ald. Kim Olson, Ald. Bob Smith Excused: None Absent: None Staff present: Camerson Sawyer with Elevated Municipal Consulting and Clerk/Executive Assistant Anastasia Gonstead. 2. CITIZEN COMMENTS None 3. CLOSED SESSION PURSUANT TO WIS. STATS. §19.85(1)(C) 3.1. Interview of Comptroller/Treasurer Candidates The motion to continue the meeting in closed session, pursuant to Wis. Stats. §19.85(1)(C), was made by Ald. Buske and seconded by Ald. Henkel A roll vote was taken. Ayes: Ald. DeBaker, Ald. Henkel, Ald. Winter, Ald. Buske, Ald. Olson, Ald. Smith. Nays: None Vote: 6 - 0 Motion has Passed. The meeting continued in closed session at 5:01 PM. Those present in the closed session included Camerson Sawyer with Elevated Municipal Consulting and Clerk/Executive Assistant Anastasia Gonstead. 4. RECONVENE IN OPEN SESSION, WITH POSSIBLE ACTION, RELATED TO THE SUBJECT OF THE PRECEDING CLOSED SESSION The motion to reconvene in open session was made by Ald. Henkel and seconded by Ald. DeBaker. Ayes: Ald. DeBaker, Ald. Henkel, Ald. Winter, Ald. Buske, Ald. Olson, Ald. Smith. Nays: None Vote Count: 6 - 0 Motion has Passed. The meeting continued in open session at 6:36 PM. 4.1. Discuss, with Possible Action, Hiring of a Comptroller/Treasurer The motion to offer position pursuant to the terms discussed in closed session was made by Ald. Olson and seconded by Ald. DeBaker. Ayes: Ald. DeBaker, Ald. Henkel, Ald. Winter, Ald. Buske, Ald. Olson, Ald. Smith. Nays: None Vote Count: 6 - 0 Motion has Passed 5. DISCUSS WITH POSSIBLE ACTION 5.1. Discuss, with Possible Action, Payout for N. DeBaker The motion to approve the payout for N. DeBaker was made by Ald. Buske and seconded by Ald. Winter. A roll vote was taken. Ayes: Ald. Henkel, Ald.
