Motion to approve the Mayor ’s appointment of Josh Meyer and Dennis Hollnagel to the Planning Commission, for a 3 year term, expiring April 202 9 . 9. Motion to approve the Mayor ’s appointment of David Jenswold, Troy Stone and Kayla Sharpee to the Board of Zoning Appeals, for a 3 year term, expiring April 202 9 . 10. Motion to approve the Mayor ’s appointment of Robert Frank as an honorary member, Scott Frank, Tom Klas, Kathy Jenswold, Jan Okrasinski, Grant Klas, Robert Jenswold, Erin Anders, Jim Clark and Scott Siedschlag to the Fox Lake Historical Board, for a term of 1 year, expiring April 202 7 . 11. Motion to adjourn to closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, specifically to discuss negotiating disposition of city owned lots in TID 3. 21.
