Chair reads variance and conducts public hearing on request from Austin Tripke, 224 Weed Street from ordinance 520-69-B requiring the principal use to construct an accessory building. 6. Motion to approve/deny variance for 224 Weed Street to allow the construction of an accessory structure without the principal use being present. 7. Motion to adjourn.
