Chair reads variance and conducts public hearing on request from Barbara and John Bubolz owner of 321 Weed Street from ordinance 520-69C(2)(a) and (4). Variance would allow the construction of an additional garden shed of approximately 336 square feet. 6. Motion to approve/deny variance for 321 Weed Street allowing construction of an approximately 336 square foot additional garden shed . 7. Motion to adjourn.
