Chair reads variance and conducts public hearing on request from Dale and Julie W yman owner of 203 Water Street from ordinance 520-69C(2)(a) and (4). Variance would allow the construction of an additional detached garage of approximately 900 square feet. 6. Motion to approve/deny variance for 203 Water Street allowing an additional detached garage of approximately 900 square feet. 7. Motion to adjourn.
