Chair reads variance and conducts public hearing on request from Janet Janiszewski prospective buyer of vacant lot on Third Street, parcel 226-1313-3512-013 for a variance from 520-15 E (1) requiring single family homes have a minimum of 1,100 square feet. The applicant wishes to construct a single family home of approximately 644 square feet. 6. Motion to approve/deny variance for Janet Janiszewski to construct a home of approximately 644 square feet on vacant land on parcel 226-1313-3512-013. 7. Motion to adjourn.
