Due to absence of board member (s) and resignation of Treasurer Giese, quorum not present and postponed voting of officer positions to next meeting. C. Portable and Mobile Radio Replacement discussion to be added to 2027 budget D. New Fire Truck Replacement of Rescue 3455 and Pumper 3462 discussion V. New Business A. Bylaw Changes returned from Village with suggested changes to be reviewed and approved B. Duplicate billings from audit reviewed by Fire Department Secretary, Natalie Malicoat. Discuss findings and actions to be taken to remedy the duplicate payments and if any additional meetings are needed with Village and Town. C. Worker’s Compensation Insurance Survey Copy D.
