Theresa Fire Commission Agenda Date: 5/19/2026, 6pm. Regular Meeting I. Call to Order /Meeting Attendance II. Secretary’s Report and Approval of Minutes from 3/31/2026 meeting III. Treasurer's Report and Approval of Minutes from 3/3/2026 meeting, if available IV. Old Business A. Discussion of April 2026 Audit, selection of members needed, date and venue and selection of form to use per guidelines. Audit took place on April 28, 2026 as planned. B. Review and discussion/approval of Bylaw changes and submit changes to Village and Town Boards. Proposed changes approved and forwarded to village/township boards. Awaiting approval prior to commission vote and use. C. Discuss status of identifying duplicate billings found and actions to be taken or that have been taken for corrections needed. Pending update from Fire Department secretary Natalie Malicoat. D. New overhead garage doors are installed. V. New Business A. Review and discussion of the 2025 Audit conducted on 4/28/26 and approval of minutes. Send to Village once approved. B. Due to the absence of board member (s) and resignation of Treasurer Giese , we will postpone voting of officer positions until next meeting in July. C. Any new Business? VI. Future Meetings: Regular Meeting and voting of Officers on July 21 , 2026 at 6pm.
