Theresa Fire Commission Agenda Date: 3/31/2026, 6pm. Regular Meeting I. Call to Order/Meeting Attendance II. Secretary’s Report and Approval of Minutes from 1/20/2025 meeting III. Treasurer's Report and Approval of Minutes from 1/20/2025 meeting IV. Old Business A. Pre-approval requested for parts on Engine2, 1996 Peterbilt. Quote from JX Truck Center for Oil Cooler $3,567.10. This does not include labor and hoses, etc. FD plans to do work to save on labor costs. Peterbilt still needs to send quote for hoses. Quote $6,132 over budget. B. Treasurer Giese will be out of town in the month of March and will need to appoint another member for payment of bills during this time. Isken volunteered. V. New Business A. Discussion of April 2026 Audit, selection of members needed, date and venue and selection of form to use per guidelines. B. Review and discussion/approval of Bylaw changes and submit changes to Village and Town Boards. C. Discuss status of identifying duplicate billings found and actions to be taken or that have been taken for corrections needed. Request update from Fire Department secretary Natalie Malicoat. D. New overhead garage doors are installed. E. Any additional New Business? VI. Future Meetings: Regular Meeting and voting of Officers on May 19 , 2026 at 6pm.
