Discuss current policies for time sheet submission, receipts and agenda/report submission 8. Discuss full- and part-time staffing 9. Discuss pending and future capital purchases and needs 10. Discuss 2025 year end and budget carryovers 11. The Committee will convene, upon passage of the proper motion and roll call vote into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats Section 19.85(1) (g ) Conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved and/or (e) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. a.
