Budget Public Hearing and Finance Committee of Whole — Agenda

The following meeting will be held at the Theresa Village Hall 292 Mayville Street, Theresa, Wisconsin, Special Village Board Meeting Finance Committee of the Whole Monday, November 24, 2025 – 6:30 pm REVISED AGENDA 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Roll Call of Members 3. Public Hearing – Hear comments from citizens regarding the 2026 Operating Budget for the Village of Theresa, Water Utility, and Sewer Utility Public comment is limited to two (2) minutes per speaker and comments must be related to the agenda. Comments should be directed to the Board as a whole and not directed to individual Board Members. A commenter should refrain from asking questions of the Board or any individual Board Member. Commenters should be courteous in their language, avoid personalized remarks and refrain from comments that are rude, obscene, profane, personally attacking, and which demonstrate a lack of respect for others. The Chair reserves the right to terminate an individual’s public comments if these rules are violated. Also, the Chair has the authority to rule speakers out of order and may call a short recess in disorderly situations. 4. Adjourn the budget public hearing 5. Discuss and approve the 2026 Operating Budgets for the Village of Theresa, Water Utility, and Sewer Utility 6. Approve the 2025 Village Tax Levy and Mill Rate 7. Adjournment 8.
