Special Village Board-Finance Committee of the Whole, 6:15 pm — Agenda

The following meeting will be held at the Theresa Village Hall 292 Mayville Street, Theresa, Wisconsin, Special Village Board Meeting Finance Committee of the Whole Monday, November 3, 2025 – 6:15 pm REVISED AGENDA 1. Call the meeting to order. 2. Discuss 2025 and 2026 budgets, wages and capital purchases. 3. Discuss administrative roles, job duties and assignments. 4. Discuss and approve proposed changes to the Policy and Procedure Manual. 5. The Committee will convene, upon passage of the proper motion and roll call vote into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats Section 19.85(1) (c ) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and/or (e ) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session a) Applicants for Public Works positions b) 2026 Ambulance Service 6. Reconvene in open session 7. Discuss and possibly take action on items from closed session 8. Discuss and approve offering positions to fill vacancies in the public works department. 9. Discuss and approve options for ambulance service in 2026 10. Discuss and approve the 2026 wage scale 11. Discuss and approve preliminary 2026 budget for publication 12. Future agenda items. 13.
