Public Works Committee, 5 pm — Agenda

The following meeting will be held at the Theresa Village Hall 292 Mayville Street, Theresa, Wisconsin, Public Works Committee Thursday, October 30, 2025 – 5 pm AGENDA 1. Call the meeting to order 2. Approve the minutes from Oct 6 and 20, 2025 3. The Committee will convene, upon passage of the proper motion and roll call vote into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats Section 19.85(1) (c ) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and/or (e ) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session (Interviews for Public Works Positions) 4. Reconvene in open session 5. Discuss and possibly take action on items from closed session. 6. Future agenda items 7. Adjourn There may be a quorum of Village of Theresa Board Members in attendance at this meeting. However, no deliberation, or action will be taken by the Village Board Members not on the Public Works Committee at this meeting (President Steger has voting rights if a committee member is absent) Any additions to these agendas will be added to the original posted on the Village website and at Village Hall.
