Call the meeting to order 2. Discuss 2025 and 2026 budgets, wages and capital purchases 3. Discuss changes to the Policy and Procedure Manual 4. Discuss board communication, phones and tablets 5. Discuss administrative roles, job duties and assignments 6. The Committee will convene, upon passage of the proper motion and roll call vote into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats Section 19.85(1) (c ) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and/or (e ) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. 7. Reconvene in open session 8. Discuss and possibly take action on items from closed session 9. Future agenda items 10. Adjourn There may be a quorum of Village of Theresa Village Board Members in attendance at this meeting. However, no deliberation or action will be taken by the Village Board Members not on the Finance and Personnel Committee at this meeting.
