This meeting to be held at the Theresa Village Hall, 292 Mayville Street, Theresa, Wisconsin VILLAGE OF THERESA BOARD OF REVIEW AGENDA Monday, October 27, 2025 5:30pm-7:30pm Call to Order Roll Call  Confirmation of appropriate Board of Review and Open Meetings notices (Published August 14, 2025)  Select a Chairperson for Board of Review  Select a Vice-Chairperson for Board of Review  Verify that a member has met the mandatory training requirements (David Brandenburg)  Verify that the Village has an ordinance for the confidentiality of income and expense information provided to the assessor under state law sec. 70.47(7)(af) 20-16  Verify that the Village has a policy in place regarding the procedure for sworn telephone testimony and sworn written testimony  Receive the Assessment Roll and sworn statements from the Clerk  Review the Assessment Roll and perform statutory duties: o Examine the Roll (October 16, 2025) o Correct description or calculation errors o Add omitted property o Eliminate double assessed property  Discuss/Certify all corrections of error under state law (sec. 70.43. Wis. Stats.)  Discuss/Verify with assessor that all open book changes are included in the Assessment Roll  Allow taxpayers to examine Assessment Roll and data  Hear any other motions and waivers authorized by law; if any on file  Review Notices of Intent to File Objection; if any on file  Proceed to hear objections; if any and if proper notice/waiver given  Consider/act on scheduling additional Board of Review Date(s); if necessary  Adjournment Becky Tellier, MMC, WCMC Clerk – Treasurer ACTION MAY BE TAKEN ON ANY OF THE ABOVE AGENDA ITEMS Any additions to this agenda will be added to the original posted at the Village Hall.
