Library Board Meeting, 4 pm — Minutes

Theresa Public Library Meeting Minutes September 16, 2025 Present: Mary Alice Bodden, Diane Steger, Kris Groeschel, Angie Anderson, Callie Adelmeyer, Jody Steger, Kelly Gengler, Vicki Best representing Ty Breitlow Meeting called to order by Diane Steger(President) at 4:00 pm. Motion to approve July 8, 2025 library minutes by Jody Steger and seconded by Diane Steger. Motion carried. Angie Anderson presented the Treasurer Report. LGIP is at 4.36% interest. Landmark CD/ Bodden Fund is 4.5% interest. 18th month CD matures 10/31/25. Received donations from George Marsh and Elizabeth Bodden. Motion to approve bills moved by Angie Anderson, seconded by Kris Groeschel. Carried. Director Report: Mary Alice submitted a monthly calendar of activities, circulation data,and system update. Old Business: Mary Alice submitted changes in Finance Policy and By-laws. Motion to approve the wording in red on the by-laws on page 8,9,10, and 30 made by Diane Steger,seconded by Vicki Best. Motion carried. Motion to approve changes in red to Policy Handbook made by Diane Steger, seconded by Angie Anderson. Motion carried. New Business: Motion by Diane Steger, seconded by Angie Anderson to approve Preliminary 2026 Budget. Motion carried. Motion by Diane Steger, seconded by Kris Groeschel to adjourn meeting.
