Call the meeting to order 2. Approve the minutes from July 1, 2025 3. Discuss 2025 and 2026 budgets and capital purchases 4. Discuss changes to the Policy and Procedure Manual 5. Discuss funding for street improvements (McArthur Road and Wisconsin Street) 6. Discuss Codification Project and Responsibilities - Editorial and Legal Analysis must be completed by December 16, 2025 7. Discuss and possibly approve a bank loan for a new Ambulance and Repairs to Fire Truck ($135,000) 8. Discuss and possibly approve the Joint Library Agreement to make the Village Clerk-Treasurer the fiscal agent starting in 2026 9. The Committee will convene, upon passage of the proper motion and roll call vote into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats Section 19.85(1) (c ) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and/or (e ) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session a. Adjourn There may be a quorum of Village of Theresa Village Board Members in attendance at this meeting. However, no deliberation or action will be taken by the Village Board Members not on the Finance and Personnel Committee at this meeting.
