Discussion on Codification Project and Responsibilities - Editorial and Legal Analysis must be completed by December 16, 2025 5. Bank Loan for Ambulance and Repairs to Fire Truck 6. Joint Library Agreement Update to make the Village Clerk-Treasurer the fiscal agent 7. The Committee will convene, upon passage of the proper motion and roll call vote into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats Section 19.85(1) (c ) Considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and/or (e ) Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session a.
