Discussion on 2025 and 2026 budgets and capital purchases 2. Discuss changes to the Policy and Procedure Manual • Wages and benefits 3. Discuss funding for street improvements (McArthur and Wisconsin Streets) 4. Discuss approval of invoices for payment by committees or committee chairs 5. The Committee will convene, upon passage of the proper motion and roll call vote into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes Section 19.85(1)(e), Deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session. 6. Adjourn There may be a quorum of Village of Theresa Village Board Members in attendance at this meeting. However, no deliberation, or action will be taken by the Village Board Members not on the Finance and Personnel Committee at this meeting.
