Amend the motion for the annual license requirements for a Land and Lease Community as stated in Wisconsin State Statutes – Motion to charge River View Hills a total of $500 ($100 for each 50 spaces/lots) for their 2025 Manufactured Home Park License according to Wisconsin State Statute per Attorney Parmentier “That would mean five fees and therefore, a total of $125 to $500.” They were charged the maximum amount of $500 and did pay the additional $269 so they are now compliant. 8. Ordinance Recodification Project a. Discuss and possibly approve Ordinance 2025-02, §350-105 – Park License Required b. Discuss and possibly approve Ordinance 2025-01 – Chapter 167: Fees 9.
