Special Village Board meeting - June 2026 — Minutes

PROCEEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF REESEVILLE June 18, 2026 A duly convened meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Reeseville, Dodge County, Wisconsin, was held in open session on June 18, 2026, and called to order by Village President, James Bublitz, at 6:30pm. The pledge of allegiance was recited. Roll call was taken, and the following Trustees were present, Jessica Becker, Anna Volkova, Sean Laylin and Cheryl Goodrich. Notice of the meeting was given to the public at least 48 hours prior to the meeting by posting the complete agenda at the Reeseville Village Hall, the Reeseville Post Office. Public comment: None Administration Committee: Was discussed to approve the following Mobile Home Park Operating license 7/1/2026- 6/30/2027: J. Becker made the motion to approve Reeseville Acres WI MHC, LLC, seconded by A. Volkova, motion carried. J. Becker made the motion to approve Sunny Creek Home, LLC, motion seconded by S. Laylin, motion carried, C. Goodrich abstained Was discussed to approve the following Class B combination liquor and beer licenses 7/1/2026- 6/30/2027: A. Volkova made the motion to approve Reeseville Community Center - Sandy Salmi as agent, motion seconded by J. Becker, motion carried. J. Becker made the motion to approve Just 1 More LLC – Michael Pocius as agent, motion seconded by C. Goodrich, motion carried. S. Laylin made motion to approve Sam’s Amoco LLC – Subhash Patel as agent, seconded by J. Becker, motion carried. Was discussed to approve the following Class B Temporary Retailer’s Picnic License 8-8-2026: A. Volkova made motion to approve Reeseville Corn Roast – Jake Pacala as agent, seconded by C. Goodrich, motion carried. Was discussed to approve the following Cigarette License for 7/1/2026- 6/30/2027: J. Becker made motion to approve Sam’s Amoco LLC, seconded by S. Laylin, motion carried. Was discussed to approve the following Operator’s license application for 7/1/2026-6/30/2027: A. Volkova made a motion to approve Autim Erdman, Bettina Goodhue, Matthew Keel, Benjamin Keel, Christine Raabe, Ashley Gilbert, Sandra Pocius, Sandi Salmi, and Theresa Firari, seconded by G. Goodrich, motion carried. All background checks were cleared. A motion to adjourn was made by A. Volkova and seconded by S. Laylin, motion carried.
