Special Village Board meeting — Minutes

PROCEEEDINGS OF THE SPECIAL VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF REESEVILLE March 4, 2025 A duly convened meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Reeseville, Dodge County, Wisconsin, was held in open session on February 26, 2026, and called to order by Village President, Jake Pacala, at 6:30pm. The pledge of allegiance was recited. Roll call was taken, and the following Trustees were present, Jessica Becker, Anna Volkova and Cheryl Goodrich, and president Jake Pacala. Notice of the meeting was given to the public at least 48 hours prior to the meeting by posting the complete agenda at the Reeseville Village Hall, the Reeseville Post Office. Public Input: None Administration Committee: New Auditing Firm: Jessica explained that we were going between two different firms. Due to time restraints we went with the company that was able to get us a quote for services rendered. Firm that we selected was Bauman Association with a significate cost savings compared to previous auditing firm. We plan to work with Bauman for the 2025 audit season and re-visit other options in the future. A motion to select Bauman Association for 2025 audit season was made by Anna Volkova and seconded by Cheryl Goodrich, motion carried. Health and Human Service Committee: Community Center Administrator applicants: Tabled; give some other individuals an opportunity to submit resumes. Community Center bartender applicants: The two applicants the hiring committee selected were Rebecca Billing and Teresa Firari. Motion made by Jessica Becker and seconded by Anna Volkova, motion carried. A motion to adjourn was made by Anna Volkova and seconded by Jessica Becker, motion carried.
