CITY OF WHITEHALL COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE September 23, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. HC-Whitehall, LLC; W20757County Road Q Bob Sendelbach, President, Presiding Present: Johnson, Mathson, Sendelbach, Solsrud, Sunday Mayor Hauser Gareth Schambeau, Ayres & Associates, on behalf of the City of Whitehall Derrick and Mitchell Bushman, HC Whitehall, LLC Jay Blasi, Josh Lewis, Will Dierinzo, golf course design, construction management and club planner for HC Whitehall LLC Mark Koxlien, Koxlien Properties Karen Witte, Clerk-Treasurer Absent: Morris Each person present introduced themselves and their reason for attending. Gareth Shambeau of Ayres & Associates explained his role and the need for an amended reclamation plan. Derrick and Mitchell Bushman went over their vision for the site and plans for a destination golf course. Gareth Schambeau and Mark Koxlien left while all others were provided a tour of the property.
