Motion [Moeller/Olk] to repeal Ordinance O-10-26 Repealing Ordinance O-9-26 Repealing of Fire Fees. Roll call vote, 7 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried. Discussion and possible action on R-16-26 resolution establishing public fire protection charges for the Village of Hortonville Administrator Treadwell said that the fire protection fee is currently paid for by the Village. There is $168,000 paid to the Water/Sewer every year for the Fire Protection Fee. The issue is that it would get put onto the water bills at approx. $29.00 per quarter. This number increases when you do a water rate study as well. This fee could go to all residents on water, anyone with a well would get a bill.
