Registration  Should we require all bicycles and e-bikes to be registered? o Should registration look different for bicycles vs e-bikes.  Class 1 & 2 vs. 3 Helmets  Requirements on helmets? Sidewalks  Currently bicycles are prohibited on sidewalks. Do we want to change this? If we change, do we want to include e-bikes on sidewalks? Trail  Will we allow bicycles and e-bikes on the trail? o Restrictions on Class 3? o Speed Limit? Limitations on roadway use?  Other municipalities do not allow e-bikes and scooters to be used on roadways with speed limits higher that 30 mph. Is this something we want to include? Violations  Citation amount? o This is typically a lower amount (i.e. no more than $50). Suggestions?
