ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES – TOWN OF GRAND CHUTE - 1900 GRAND CHUTE BLVD. – APRIL 21, 2026 The Annual Town Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Beth English, presiding officer. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Beth English. STAFF PRESENT Greg Peterson, Interim Town Administrator; Mike Patza, Community Development Director; Dave Maas, Police Chief; Kayla Raatz, Town Clerk; Hailey Palmquist, Finance Director; Jim Hawbaker, Interim Information Technology Director; Steve Denzien, Fire Chief; Nick Vande Hey, Town Engineer, McMahon Associates; Town Attorney, Andy Rossmeissl, Herrling Clark Law Firm. See sign-in sheets for residents and non-residents in attendance. MINUTES Approval of Annual Town Meeting minutes from April 15, 2025. Motion (Ron Torrance/Mary Klasen) to approve the minutes from April 15, 2025. Motion carried by voice vote. FINANCIAL REPORT Annual Financial Report. Finance Director Palmquist provided a summary of the financial report. Motion (Steve Denzien/Ron Torrance) to accept the financial report. Motion carried by voice vote. PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD The following individuals spoke on various matters: David Dellis, 1203 N Division Street (Appleton) Mary Klasen, 4510 W. Red Tamarack Court Motion (Carey Martin/Julie Lyons) to close the public comment period. Motion carried by voice vote. TOWN BUSINESS ELR-01-2026 A Resolution of the Electors of the Town of Grand Chute setting the Elected Officials Salaries for the 2027-2029 and 2028-2030 Terms for Town Board Supervisor and Town Board Chair. Motion (Ron Torrance/Dave Schowalter) to keep the salaries the same as they are currently. 33 voted in favor and 1 voted against. Motion carried. ADJOURNMENT Motion (Carey Martin/Ron Torrance) to adjourn. Motion carried by voice vote.
