NOTICE OF 2026 OPEN BOOK STATE OF WISCONSIN VILLAGE OF ASHWAUBENON, BROWN COUNTY Notice is hereby given Pursuant to s. 70.45, Wis. Stats., the Village of Ashwaubenon Assessment Rolls for year 2026 will be open for examination and inspection at Ashwaubenon Village Hall, 2155 Holmgren Way, September 23, 2026 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. Property owners are encouraged to talk to the Assessor regarding their assessment prior to the meeting of the Board of Review. A notice of intent to file an objection at Board of Review must be received in the Village Clerk’s Office at least 48 hours prior to the Board of Review meeting, which is scheduled for 9:00 am on September 30, 2026. Failure to follow the statutory steps may result in denial of your hearing. If you wish to appeal your assessment to the Board of Review, instructional materials are available at the Village Clerks Office, 2155 Holmgren Way, Ashwaubenon, Wisconsin, 54304.
