Approval of March 17, 2025 meeting minutes. 4. Review the public record, planning documents, and the resolutions passed by the Plan Commission and the Village Board 5. Consideration of the “Resolution Approving the Creation of Tax Incremental District No. 10” 6. Review Annual PE-300 Reports and the performance and status of the Village of Howard’s active Tax Incremental Districts as required by Wis. Stat. § 66.1105(4m)(f). 7. Adjourn. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other government bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-mentioned meeting to gather information.
