JOINT REVIEW BOARD VILLAGE OF HOWARD TAX INCREMENTAL DISTRICT NO. 10 March 17, 2025, at 4:30 PM Howard Village Hall 2456 Glendale Ave. 1. Call to order. 2. Roll call. 3. Appointments: a. Public member. b. Chairperson. 4. Review responsibilities of the Joint Review Board. 5. Review and discuss draft Project Plan. 6. Set next meeting date to consider approval of the TID. 7. Adjourn. The purpose of this meeting is to organize the Joint Review Board to review the proposed plan for the Village of Howard Tax Incremental District No. 10, pursuant to Section 66.1105 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This meeting should be concluded in less than 1 hour. The Village of Howard has contracted with Ehlers, Inc. to assist in the creation of the project plan listed above. If you have any further questions about the duties of the Joint Review Board or want to discuss this project before the meeting, you may contact Christopher A. Haltom, Howard Executive Director of Administrative Services, at (920) 434-4640. It is possible that members of and possibly a quorum of members of other government bodies of the municipality may be in attendance at the above-mentioned meeting to gather information. No action will be taken by any governmental body at this meeting other than the governmental body specifically referred to in this notice.
