Board of Appeals June 5, 2023 Page 1 of 1 Board of Appeals June 5, 2023 at 4:30 p.m. Board Room at Howard Village Hall Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 4:30 p.m. Roll Call Present: Mike Soletski, Phil Verville, Karen Will, Troy Chaltry, Cloud Condon Also Present: Dave Wiese, Leigh Ann Wagner Kroening Action to Cancel The applicants, Chris and Jackie VanDeHey, did not attend the meeting. D. Wiese contacted them by phone, and they withdrew their variance petition to build a 24x40 garage in the north corner of their lot at 2871 Drake Place, VH-747-H-169. Village Attorney Bob Gagan advised to cancel the meeting. Future Agenda Items D. Wiese encouraged board members to attend Zoning Board of Appeals training sessions and said the village will reimburse any costs they incur.
