Community Development Authority June 20, 2019 Page 1 of 1 Minutes of the Community Development Authority June 20, 2019 Village Hall Board Room Call to Order Chairman Burt McIntyre called the meeting to order at 7:35 a.m. Roll Call Present: Burt R. McIntyre, CDA Chairman; Scott Beyer, CDA Member; Randy Smith, CDA Member; Ray Suennen, CDA Member; Jay Faikel, CDA Member Absent: Matt Spets, CDA Member, Mark Semrau, CDA member (was not notified about the meeting) Also: CDA Executive Director Dave Wiese, CDA Treasurer Chris Haltom, Administrator Paul Evert The Authority recited the Pledge of Allegiance. Approve Agenda R. Suennen moved to approve the agenda and S. Beyer seconded motion to approve the agenda. The motion carried unanimously. Approve Minutes R. Smith moved to approve the minutes from June 7, 2018 and B. McIntyre seconded CDA meeting. The motion carried unanimously. Annual Meeting Per the bylaws, the CDA is required to meet annually and elect a vice- chairperson. A motion was made J. Faikel and seconded by S. Beyer to approve R. Smith as the vice chairman. The motion carried unanimously. Update on Howard Commons and Development P. Evert gave an update of the rental occupancy percentages for the first two apartment buildings and distributed and discussed the proforma for the complex. Discussed general building development in the village. Adjournment S. Beyer moved to adjourn the meeting and R. Suennen seconded.
