Consider/Approve Pay Request #9 from Wieser Brothers General Contractors, Inc. in the amount of $144,739.62 for the Library Building Project 8. Consider/Approve Resolution 2024-11-12A to authorize the borrowing of $234,825.00 as a general obligation note for 2024 capital outlay projects including a 2024 Dodge Durango police squad; a 2024 Ford pickup; a 2024 John Deere backhoe; and a 2024 Gravely mower 9. Consider/Approve Resolution 2024-11-12B to authorize the borrowing of $400,000.00 as a general obligation note for maintenance performed on the 125,000 gallon water reservoir and the 500,000 gallon water reservoir in 2024 10.
