Village Board Meeting (November 4, 2025) ALLOUEZ VILLAGE BOARD MEETING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025 AT 6:30 P.M. ALLOUEZ VILLAGE HALL, 1900 LIBAL STREET CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL President Rafter called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Present: Atwood, Genrich, Harris, Leiterman, Marsch, Rafter, Sampson Also Present: Jim March, Trevor Fuller MODIFY / ADOPT AGENDA Genrich/Harris moved to adopt the agenda as presented. Motion carried. ANNOUNCEMENTS a. Budget Hearing on November 18th at 6:30 p.m. b. Are you interested in serving on a Village Committee, Board or Commission? c. Father Allouez Catholic School Auction on November 15th from 6:00pm-10:00pm (recurring event) d. Public Informational Meeting- Brown County Safe Streets & Roads for All on November 20th from 4:00pm-7:00pm e. Resignation of Ryan Hallberg & Deidra Ruohomaki, Parks, Rec. & Forestry Committee PUBLIC COMMENT - None 1901 S. WEBSTER AVENUE DEMOLITION BID RESULTS T. Fuller: - Bids for the demolition of 1901 S. Webster Ave. were opened on October 28th. Four bids were received with Best Enterprises, LLC as the low bidder in the amount of $178,295.00. - All work to be completed by May 15, 2026. Building will be down sooner than the 15th but seeding cannot be completed until the weather warms up. Marsch/Sampson moved to award the contract to the low bidder, Best Enterprises, LLC, for the demolition of 1901 S. Webster Avenue in the amount of $178,295.00. Motion carried. CONSENT AGENDA Harris/Atwood moved to a. Approve Village Board minutes dated 10/7/25, 10/13/25 b. Accept and Place on File minutes from: i. Parks, Recreation & Forestry Committee dated 9/23/25 ii. Public Works Committee dated 9/2/25, 10/7/25 iii. Joint Review Board dated 9/26/24 c. Approve accounts payable dated 10/10/25, 10/31/25 Motion carried.
