Public Meeting #2 – Brown County SS4A Traffic Safety Plan
Brown County is hosting the second of two public involvement meetings for its Safe Streets and
Roads for All (SS4A) project from 4:00p.m.-6:00 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 20th at Allouez Village
Hall, 1900 Libal Street.
This event will follow an open-house format. You can stop by anytime to ask questions, review the
data collected so far and share additional feedback about roads in our local community.
A virtual meeting also will be held from 6:00–7:00 p.m. that evening for those unable to attend in
person.
Background: Brown County, in partnership with local municipalities, was awarded a US DOT Safe
Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) grant to complete a safety action plan intended to reach zero
preventable deaths in the county. The plan will assess location-specific safety challenges and
identify potential countermeasures and strategies to improve transportation safety throughout the
county.
