September 29, 2025 (Plan Commission Site Tour Meeting) 1 PLAN COMMISSION MEETING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2025 3:30 PM, ALLOUEZ VILLAGE HALL CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL (Village Hall, 1900 Libal Street) Lefebvre called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. Present: Brunmeier, Lefebvre, Marsch, Ostrenga-Ruffell, Robillard, VanRemortel Excused: Capichano-Simmons Also Present: Fuller, March MODIFY / ADOPT AGENDA Marsch / VanRemortel moved to adopt the agenda as presented. Motion carried. SITE VISITS BY CAR ▪ Depart Village Hall (after above agenda items) ▪ Locations along the Fox River Trail starting from the south and heading north (visited by car): ­ Vacant Property (2222 Riverside Drive) ­ Office Building (2200 Riverside Drive) ­ Office Building (2020 Riverside Drive) ­ Commercial Building (1430 Marine Street) Discussions at each site included: ▪ Grade challenges. ▪ Ingress and egress challenges. ▪ Fox River Trail and Fox River appeal and opportunities.
