COMMON COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS August 1, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. Special Meeting Mayor Hauser, Presiding Present: Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Sendelbach, Solsrud, Sunday Amanda Hegge, Library Director; and Karen Witte, Clerk-Treasurer Agenda Items Council Member Solsrud moved to approve an original Class “B”, Beer & Liquor License for Little Susies, LLC, dba Little Susie’s at 36384 Main Street, Susan Stevens, Agent for the period of August 1st, 2024, to June 30th, 2025, with the relinquishing of the license from Joel Sallander, dba CJ’s. Council Member Morris seconded, and the motion carried on a voice vote as follows: Ayes – Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Solsrud Nays – 0 Abstain – Sendelbach, Sunday Council Member Sendelbach moved to approve a Certified Survey Map for Pharmacare LTD, combining the following parcels into one: 291-00205-0000, 291-00207-0000, 291-00213-0000, and 291-00214-0000. Council Member Morris seconded, and the motion carried on a voice vote as follows: Ayes – Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Sendelbach, Solsrud, Sunday Nays – 0 Change Order #10 for the Library Building Project in the amount of $1,438.75 was received for additional lettering due to the name change of the Library. SEH, Inc., and the Whitehall Library Board have approved the change order. Council Member Johnson moved to approve change order #10. Council Member Morris seconded, and the motion carried on a voice vote as follows: Ayes – Johnson, Mathson, Morris, Sendelbach, Solsrud, Sunday Nays – 0 Change Order #12 for the Library Building Project in the amount of $1,555.40 was received for additional data and electrical boxes. SEH, Inc., and the Whitehall Library Board have approved the change order. Council Member Sendelbach moved to approve change order #12.
